How to permanently delete your Meesa account and the data associated with it.

You can request deletion of your Meesa account at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us at support@meesa.shop from the email address linked to your Meesa account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Our team will verify your identity to make sure the request is genuine.
  3. Once verified, we will permanently delete your account within 30 days and email you a confirmation.

What data is deleted

  • Your profile and login details (name, email, phone number, password).
  • Your saved shipping addresses and favourites.
  • Your store and product listings, if you are a seller.

What data may be retained

We may retain limited records such as completed order and transaction history for as long as required to meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations. This data is kept secure and is not used for any other purpose.
