4. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only as necessary to operate the Service. This includes sharing delivery and order details with the relevant third-party sellers and logistics partners so your orders can be fulfilled, and with Service Providers who process data on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required to do so by law or by a competent authority.

5. Third-Party Sellers, Payments, and Linked Sites

Meesa acts only as a facilitator between you and third-party sellers listed on the platform. Any purchase is a contract between you and the seller. While payment processing occurs through Meesa, the sale itself remains the responsibility of the seller.

Where a product ordered by you is not delivered by the third-party seller, a refund will be made to you within 7 days, subject to the separate Refund Policy applicable to that product. The Service may contain links to other sites and applications ("Linked Websites"). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of Linked Websites.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time by following the steps on our Account Deletion page.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
